Bookings and Cancellations:

i will  make you  aware of these terms upon booking, you will have  accepted the terms & conditions upon booking please  call or message  to cancel your appointment as soon as possible as bookings will be  made  based on route for the day, if you Should you cancel  48 hours or less,before your appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee is payable. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, including if I arrive and am unable to get a reply at the door, or if the postcode doesn’t bring you to the property and i  cant get an answer by call or text , a cancellation fee of the full cost of the appointment fee is payable.

If you are aware of any reason the chimney may be blocked, or if the stove is not working correctly, you must inform me when booking or A.S.A.P after booking.

The sweeping of a lined chimney usually takes 25 – 30 minutes. I will contact  you with an estimated time of arrival. please ensure someone is in / access is arranged 15- 30 minutes prior to my arrival.

Parking:

 If you have no parking or you know parking is difficult, please let me know  where to park in advance

Work Area Access:

 i will bring my own dust sheets etc   I do not remove my footwear for heath and safety .

Please remove all ornaments from the work area, I usually need about 6/8 feet for  my equipment and myself to work effectively. Please also remove any breakables  from the route you require me to take to get to the stove. I am not liable for any breakages that occur to items within the property that are left in the way.

please ensure all children and pets are kept out of the way, I love pets and children,but i will be backwards and forwards loading and unloading and wouldn't want any harm to come to them 

Preparing your appliance:

All appliances must be off / cool, preferably leaving at least 12 hours once the fire is out .
